Here Ridgeways acted on behalf of the fit-out contractor on this re-brand of an existing major nightclub facility.
The project was successfully undertaken in less than 10 weeks from start of works to opening night and came in on time and on budget. Our role included acting as not only contractor’s QS but representing them as contracts manager – liaising directly with the client and their consultants on matters of cost control, providing a flow of financial statements to keep them continually updated.
