Employed by Solihull Christian Fellowship as quantity surveyors and working alongside their chosen architects, we provided full pre & post contract services including feasibility, cost plan, bills of quantities, tendering and contract formation through to on-site variation control, interim valuations and settlement of the final account with the main contractor. The works were measured and procured in phases due to the flow of fundraising as the works proceeded.
